Super Big Deal Check - 2006
This is my first REALLY BIG real estate deal, I was like 21… the biggest one prior to this was $49k but 55k is not to shabby. I still didn’t really know what I was doing. Ended up as a Rehab, hold long time, then flip, instead of the normal… quick fix and flip. Oh, I threw a huge party before I sold it. Can’t really remember the details. Must have been a good night…
