Beautiful July 9th, 2009… I was recently asked about one thing to look for in this real estate market. I told my friend remember this one point here. When interest rates go down, applications go up. And when interest rates go up, applications go down. It’s just simple. There’s really nothing more to the story.
Well, there’s one more thing, though. When applications go up, turn times to close your deal increase as well, and when applications go down, you can close your deals a little faster. Got it? So, when rates go down applications increase and turn times to get these loans done increase as well. So you can now consider yourself an industry expert in the real estate business. =)

Rumor has it that computers in the United States and South Korea are getting blasted with unsophisticated but constant cyber attacks. I think I’m going write him a letter, telling him how angry we are.
WASHINGTON – U.S. authorities on Wednesday eyed North Korea as the origin of the widespread cyber attack that overwhelmed government Web sites in the United States and South Korea, although they warned it would be difficult to definitively identify the attackers quickly.
