Recently I was asked the question – “How come you don’t have any faith in the new administration and our government? We are still the strongest and most powerful country in the world… Be a little patriotic.”
My answer: “So I’m unpatriotic because I question the norm and not follow the crowd? I’m unpatriotic because I want to hold the leaders we have accountable? I’m unpatriotic because I ask questions? I say, ask, and do those things because I love this country… and look at what happened the last time they said it was tooooo big to fail…. ”

The yuan… it’s like holding a beach ball underwater… China can hold it until they are ready but sooner or later it will shot up while the USD will drop like a stone. Only people who was buying our T-Bill was China – and since Jan they have slowed. Keep a close eye on the short term t-bill.
Inflation is not the rise in price of goods and services… it is the devaluation of your fiat currency which RESULTS in more fiat currency to purchase the same goods or services…. which seems like the price of goods and services went up.
